A cool gift I have got

A cool gift that I got is this year I got a early Christmas present. I got the present from my dad I got digifest slag bells ice vip tickets. My parents have been knowing I really been wanting to meet 5quad for a while and I didn't think I was going to get tickets because they were a lot of money and there not coming to Chicago. My dad got me tickets for Milwaukee so I can meet them. I'm very excited to meet them because I have been supporting them for a while and I haven't got the meet them yet. But on December 20th I get too meet them and I'm very excited!

Tell me

This book is called "Tell Me" the author to this book is Joan Bauer. In this book Anna is the main character and she is having a hard time because her parents are having marriage trouble. Any parent that is having marriage trouble in the it was effect there kids or kid. Anna thinks if she spends the vacation at her grandmothers house that she could have some time away from being worried about her parents troubled marriage. 

Since you've been gone

I am reading the book called Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson. This book is about two girls and they are best friends. Sloane ends up going missing and makes Emily's life very interesting. When Sloane goes missing she leaves a to do list for Emily. In the book it says,"The list arrived after Sloane had been gone two weeks." The things on the to do list were so random. Something that I was wondering is why she didn't tell Emily that she was leaving. If I was running away I would at least tell my best friend.

Goals for Q2

My goals for quarter 2 is to stay on track with with my homework. I need to stay on track with my homework because last quarter I didn't stay on track with my homework and I fell behind. Also another one of my goals is to stay of track with my reading and to read 20 or 30 pages a night and read for about of more then a half an hour. If I don't know what to do for my homework I need to stay after school or ask questions in class or email my teacher. One of my other goals is to participate more in class because I don't participate enough. These are my goal for quarter 2 and I hope to achieve them all. I'm going to try my hardest to achieve all of them by staying on track. I'm going to write my homwork down because it's hard for me to find it on schoology. If I need help I will stay after school to get help. Im also going to try my hardest to not get a lot of falcon fouls.

Positive

I am reading the book positive I like this book a lot and it caught my eye because it is a very interesting subject is about a girl getting h.i.v at a very young age. I never really understood what h.iv was until I starting ready this book. It tells us readers her everyday struggles. The girls name in the book is Paige. This story tells us about what her journey is threw her life with h.v.i. When she was little it says in the book that she would take medicine everyday not even knowing why she would take the medicine. In the book it also said that she thought it was normal going to the doctors all the time because the school nurse knew who she was and everyone at the doctors office. I really could never imagine going through what she is going through in this book. I feel so bad for her mom because her mom has to live everyday knowing that she gave her daughter h.i.v. I like this book a lot and I can't wait to get farther into the book. 

Heritage

          I am Scottish whenever I hear bagpipes it reminds me of my grandma because when ever I use to go over her house she would listen to the bagpipes on a tape. My mom and my grandma were born in Scotland my mom came over here with my grandma when she was 3 years old. My mom also eats food for Scotland but I really don't because I just never tasted it. When it's Christmas time I have a Santa that have a kilt on. I have a lot of my family that still lives in Scotland and I want to soon visit them. Also when I listen to the bagpipes I just get upset because at my grandmas funeral they played the bagpipes when ever I listen to the bagpipes it reminds me of her.
